It seems the application is having a hard time running, because that error in the end indicates that there is a problem with the application's memory. This can be caused by compatibility issues, missing files, registry items, etc. To fix this, I advise you to re-install the whole product but not before backing up the data already created. The first and second error are related to file importing and handling. There are characters in the file that shouldn't be there and because of that the program can't parse them and it gives errors.
Unfortunately, Eureka's Family Tree was not designed for the Windows 8 operating system. At the moment the program can be used in Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows XP and Windows Vista.
I have photos on my Eureka Family Tree somewhere, but cannot put them on anyone's profile. How can I do it?

I have checked the available information about this application, and I must say that you have the possibility of adding photos to your family tree. Firstly, locate the photos and make sure you can view them externally with an image viewer, then convert them to JPG or PNG (JPG preferred). After this procedure, launch the software as Administrator (right click on shortcut) and edit a family member. Click on the picture and select the newly converted pictures.

To reinstall Eureka's Family Tree you have to uninstall it first. But to make sure that you will not have problems with the next installation process you will need to follow some simple steps: Control Panel > Uninstall a program > search Eureka's Family Tree right click on it and then uninstall. After that you can start your installation process again without having any kind of problems. But take care because if you really want to uninstall Eureka's Family Treethe process will delete your current files.
I have had this tree for probably 15 years, I have always been able to call up the tree for my daughter, & then print some of the pages. All of sudden it doesn't work! It displays a box in a foreign language. If I click "OK", the box disappears & nothing happens.

When I try to open one of my Family trees on Eureka's Family Tree Creator, this message appears:
Application Error: List index out of bounds (0).
If I try and continue working on the tree currently open, this appears:
